Technical Bay
Computer aided diagnostics in our technical bay help to speed up repairs and enable us to get to the cause of the problem much faster and cost effective. We use three different diagnostic tools, The Mercedes Star diagnostic tool direct from Mercedes Benz and is specific to Mercedes vehicles only, Then we have the Bosch KTS tool which covers an all makes program but we find very useful on light commercial applications, The Texa system Axone we find is excellent with HGV and trailer applications and is excellent on road side assistance because of its bluetooth capabilities.
We believe our technical bay can get to the bottom of even the most stubborn technical fault with the help of the diagnostic tools and fully trained technicians.
